I recently engaged the services of Led Solutions to do all the Electrical work on my new build. I found Kieran to be very helpful and a true gentleman and with his experience with lighting he knows what looks good and it really shows.

I felt he really got involved in the project on a personal level and went out of his way to make the job look it’s absolute best. His work is unique and stands above other trades by not taking shortcuts in order to make money.

Had LED solutions around to finish the final touch in my renovated kitchen, the lighting and electrical. Did a outstanding job and very pleased with the results and professional approach. Kieran, the director arrived on site on time and after a consultation and some ideas we decided on the best way to illuminate the room and GPO locations in the kitchen.

James the tradesman arrived on time and introduced himself, was straight into work and did a great job. Drop sheets were placed and everything was done professionally and as explained in the consultation. Site was left clean and tidy. Kieran and his team have never faulted when doing work for me or my clients.

They wired up my home and were able to come up with some great ideas with the design and layout of the lighting and switches. They were also able to source special architectural downlights.

We are very happy with the new lights. We can now see what we are eating for dinner! The extra light in the bathroom works well too.  We haven’t tried the outside dimmer yet because it’s too cold to sit on balcony at night but I am sure it will be great.

Hi Kieran,

We couldn’t be happier with the LEDS – they are instant, ‘warm’ white yet bright, and not a single one has given us any trouble.

In comparison, the halogen downlights were blowing regularly and driving us mad – in the 5 years before we switched to the LEDS we always had a few blown lights, and in one or two trouble spots the halogen never lasted more than a day or two before ceasing to work.

As to your work, I would (& have) happily recommend you to anyone – everything was done quickly, efficiently, professionally and at a reasonable cost. In fact, I am typing this on a laptop plugged into the new powerpoint you installed in the island bench with a minimum of fuss!

So yes, we are happy customers – thanks for the follow up.

By the way, I had the light in a bathroom Tastic literally explode yesterday morning, so the end is still in the socket. I reset the fuse so we can still use the other lights & fans etc on that circuit. If I flip off the fuse, is it safe for me to remove the broken end & insert the new bulb myself?

Hi Kieran,

You’ve been in our thoughts lately, as we have just moved house to a compact townhouse at Monash – and the kitchen lighting there is terrible!

We’ve enjoyed the new LEDs at Chapman, as the quality of light is so good, and it will be a selling feature.

Colin and I disagree on the brightness – he loves it ‘showroom’, I like it more subdued. So having dimmers is essential for us.

We got the downlights which are flush to the ceiling. Next time, I think the slightly recessed fitting would be better, as I find them too glary when looking towards the ceiling.

Your work was terrific, and we’ll gladly engage you again.

As well as wanting new kitchen lighting at Monash, we need some extra electrical work done: would you be able to do:

• replacing a small Tastic in the bathroom with a bigger one
• and a heated towel rail seems essential ..

And I’m sure there are other items, which I can’t think of now.

Hello Kieran,

This is a follow up email to thank you for the good work that you completed at our house. First the electricals to the garage and then a great surprise when you showed us LED s that when installed brightened up our kitchen life. The down lights that we had previously were expensive to run and ineffective. As an older couple we really appreciate good lighting!

Thank you for taking the time to come out and visit us and see exactly what it was that we were trying to accomplish with the upgrade to lighting in our house. First off you took the time to find out what we had already and what it was that were trying to achieve, then you brought out working examples that you could demonstrate to us. Though we did not take you up on it, the offer of leaving a unit with us for a couple of days to see if it was what we wanted was most unexpected and appreciated.

Your professionalism, and respect for your customers was for us something that we really appreciated. In the end we were provided with the sort of product that I had spent months trying to source from the internet and have installed, but had never been able to find in the confusing world of Lux and Lumens.
